Matthew 5:13-16
13“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. 14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

We as Christians are called to represent Jesus and share the good news of the Gospel. The mission of Salt and Light is to provide apparel and accessories that help achieve this goal in our everyday lives.
Sharing the Gospel can be hard at times, especially when living in a routine. Salt and Light shirts are made with the prayer that they will open doors to conversations of faith in day-to-day activities.
How we got our name
The passage chosen as the inspiration for the name comes from the Sermon on the Mount. These are commands from Jesus to the believers there with Him and all the believers to come. We are called to live intentionally for Him and His Glory. Salt and Light chose this passage as our foundation to remain intentional in all that we do.

God is the ultimate artist. The earth and its surrounding universe as well as all its inhabitants are the greatest example of this. For all of it to be designed so intricately without any form of reference will continue to astonish me.
I am a graphic designer from Texas with a passion for creating beautiful and inspiring designs. Above all I wish to Glorify God in all that I create. These products are a way for myself and my customers to represent Him in all that we do. Just as He has created me, I will create to Glorify Him.
